Partnership Analyst

Your Role:

To support the management and audit process of Chubb’s partnerships portfolio across the A&NZ region. You will ensure that Chubb performs effective audits on our partners; maintains effective control over all aspects of the delegation; mitigates regulatory risk; and supports our partners to grow and have a positive partnership with Chubb.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement

Build positive relationships with Chubb’s partners.Work with the Partnership Manager and team to support Chubb’s partners and brokers with delegated underwriting authority on all aspects of the partnership.Participate in regular review meetings with broker partners to ensure that compliance, financial and operational performance is on track against key KPIs.Support partnership management with delegated underwriting authority partners to enhance Chubb’s role as a valued partner.

Audits

Conduct operational audits of Chubb’s relevant partners in accordance with Chubb’s Operational Audit PolicyProvide support to Chubb’s partners throughout the audit process to ensure effective execution and compliance.Assist Chubb underwriters by addressing audit-related queries and providing necessary guidance.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve Chubb’s audit processes.

Product Governance

Develop an understanding of Chubb’s Product Development & Design Panel (PDDP) process and support the team’s compliance with the PDDP Policy.

Legal, Risk and Compliance

Work with the Partnerships team to comply with relevant regulations relating to partners with delegated authority book of business and other partnerships.
Support with partner incident, breach, and complaints reporting.

Operations & Finance

Work with A&NZ Operations & Finance teams to support on bordereaux booking queries, ensuring partner bordereaux are correctly formatted and capture all relevant information required.Engage with broker partners and key internal stakeholders to identify and resolve bordereaux processing errors and report on delays.Support the Partnerships team in maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements related to ARPC Cyclone Reinsurance Pool and other activities as required.
 
 

Your Skills & Experience
Essential:

Minimum 2 years auditing experience Financially literacy and ability to interpret monthly financial and performance reportsStrong Excel skillsExcellent communication skills

Desirable:

2 years commercial insurance experience (with an insurer or broker) Experience with Delegated Authority Schemes and Broker Facilities Experience in operations processes and improvementsDegree/ACII qualification

Salary range: $85,000- $90,000 + super
