Partner Success Manager
We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Partner Success Manager to own the post-sale success of our enterprise Embedded Services partners, including large banks, fintechs, and vertical SaaS platforms.

This role sits at the critical junction between Sales, Product, and Operations, with a clear mandate: ensure successful partner onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and enable earlier and cleaner disengagement of the Sales team. You will join partner engagements toward the end of the sales cycle and assume full ownership once commercial terms are agreed, acting as the single accountable owner for partner success thereafter.

Reporting to the Product Strategy Director, you will manage a small number of high-complexity, high-impact partners. Your focus will be on partner adoption, operational readiness, long-term value delivery, and risk mitigation across the embedded lifecycle, ensuring our partners successfully scale Embedded Services to their end customers.
