My client is seeking a Partner Success Manager to lead integration efforts and ensure smooth, successful onboarding for our contractor partners. You will manage the workflow of bringing integrations live, collaborate with engineering and integration teams across platforms, and address partner inquiries or issues as they arise. This role combines project management, technical support, and relationship management, using tools like Power BI and Tableau to track performance and optimize outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class partner experience.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a customer success manager
- Familiarity with CRM tools, support platforms and basic data analysis (Excel, SCL, BI tools)
- Experience in consumer lending, home improvement financing or contractor services
- Experience tracking KPI's and interpreting performance data Experience as a customer success manager specifically in SaaS, FinTech, or home improvement
