Partner Success Administrator
Job Description ole Overview The Partner Success Administrator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Partner Success team within the Global Partnerships division. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate tracking and reporting, and on-the-ground support during festivals and live events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in both office and fast-paced, on-site environments. While standard working hours are typically 9:00am–5:00pm, this role requires flexibility, including extended hours during festivals and events, as well as some weekend work and travel. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for the Partner Success team Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Update, maintain, and organize tracking documents, databases, and internal systems Assist with general administrative tasks to support team efficiency and workflow Festival & Event Support Provide on-the-ground support at festivals and partner events, acting as a general team support and runner as needed Assist with event setup, coordination, and real-time problem-solving in fast-paced environments Serve as a reliable point of support for the Partner Success team during live activations Coordination & Communication Support internal communication by tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups are completed Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed to support Partner Success initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Requirements & Qualifications Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment Comfortable working flexible hours, including long days during festivals and several weekends per year Willingness and ability to travel as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with common office tools (e.g., calendars, spreadsheets, document management systems) Ability to remain calm, proactive, and solution-oriented in high-pressure, on-site situations Working Conditions Standard office hours are generally 9:00am–5:00pm Festival and event days may require significantly longer hours Travel is required, including weekends throughout the year
