**Product Marketing Manager, Partner Center of Excellence** **About the job**
As a member of the Android Marketing team, you’ll work alongside a growing group of marketers to position and market Android to a global consumer audience. This position will require an individual to develop a deep understanding of the challenges and desires facing consumers today, and how the smartphone fits into a user's broader digital ecosystem. The Product Marketing Manager will support overall marketing efforts for Android to drive awareness and grow the adoption of Android users worldwide
As a Product Marketing Manager for the Partner Center of Excellence team, you will be the architect of our mobile-focused narratives. You will bridge the gap between Google’s technical innovations and our partners' ability to deliver them to the world. In this role, you will guide product positioning and orchestrate multi-channel Go-to-Market strategies that empower the Android ecosystem.
You will act as a strategic thought leader, translating complex data into actionable insights and building the frameworks that allow our partners to succeed. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a cross-functional environment, connecting product innovation with market success to deliver measurable business impact.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Drive Business Impact** : Work with product marketing, product teams and sales on key campaigns, launches and initiatives to grow awareness of the Android brand.
+ **Turn Insights into strategy:** Use existing and new research to inform messaging and tactics, and then measure the impact of those activities
+ **Drive Growth & Loyalty:** Execute strategic marketing campaigns that increase user loyalty and directly contribute to business growth.
+ **Lead Global Campaigns:** Manage creative agencies to build and scale global multi-channel campaigns that drive feature adoption.
+ **Enable Partners:** Develop scalable strategies and toolkits that empower cross-functional teams and external partners.
+ **Ensure Execution Excellence:** Partner with global and local marketing teams to ensure high-quality, consistent campaign execution.
+ **Serve as a go-to person:** Collaborate with marketers across Android’s consumer team to develop content and act as a go-to person of the campaign, and drive the campaign performance with minimal guidance.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **6+ years experience in a product marketing role, marketing or communication role**
+ **Exceptional writing and overall communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits**
+ **Results-oriented and self-motivated**
+ Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in management consulting, MBA degree.
+ Experience launching & marketing technology solutions and creating product positioning.
+ Ability to influence across organizational levels and departments.
+ Ability to translate research and data insights into strategic marketing value.
+ Ability to coordinate multiple complex workstreams.
+ Excellent project management, and communication skills.
