Partner Marketing Manager
Partner Marketing Manager Job Description: Sage is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to plan and execute partner go-to-market programs that drive partner-sourced pipeline and merchant acquisition through agency and technology partners. This role sits within our retail vertical solutions team supporting Brightpearl by Sage and Inventory Planner by Sage products. You will work closely with internal Partner Managers and cross-functional marketing teams to activate partners, execute co-marketing initiatives, and support growth. The Role As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will own the execution of partner GTM and co-marketing initiatives that enable partners to bring Brightpearl and Inventory Planner into deals. This is an execution-focused role responsible for running campaigns, events, and programs that help partners engage merchants, generate pipeline, and increase ecosystem visibility. You will collaborate closely with Partner Managers and other marketing teams to ensure partner initiatives are well-planned, delivered on time, and measured effectively. Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Austin office. Minimum Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in alliance, partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing within B2B SaaS • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns or programs across multiple channels • Experience supporting partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through campaigns (ideally) • Demonstrated ability to write effective marketing copy • Experience supporting webinars and events including coordination and basic budget management • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM / marketing automation tools • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • High attention to detail and comfort wearing multiple hats in an execution-focused role Why Sage? Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with both the partner and marketing teams internally to execute on co-marketing programs and campaigns with both technology and agency partners • Assess and prioritize strategic opportunities, execute an ongoing set of initiatives, analyze the impacts of each program, and continually optimize results • Work alongside the partner team in supporting partner acquisition, identifying joint co-marketing opportunities and leading execution of campaigns • Define and execute joint partner marketing campaigns to obtain new merchants and spread brand awareness • Manage partner marketing budget for events, webinars, campaigns, social events, etc. • Aid in efforts to help build partner pipeline • Assist in managing projects and communications internally and with partners to achieve agreed upon success metrics • Collaborate with internal marketing subject matter experts and leaders for planning, resourcing and executing projects and campaigns agreed upon with partners • Drive collaboration with partners’ marketing counterparts to plan, develop and execute agreed upon marketing and communications projects • Manage projects to completion with internal and partner teams, providing ongoing communication and updates throughout project as well as analyzing and reporting out metrics, lessons learned and recommendations Benefits?
