How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for a Partner Manager Senior Associate to support the execution and development of activities and reporting on key Loyalty Program performance metrics, as well as the monitoring of costs and revenues related to managed Partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal Payback teams and with Partner companies, contributing to the implementation and development of initiatives aimed at maximizing partnership profitability and strengthening coalition benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution and development of reporting activities on the main KPIs of the Loyalty ProgramMonitor costs and revenues related to assigned partners, ensuring data accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with internal Payback functions and Partner company contacts to support partnership development initiativesContribute to the implementation of actions aimed at maximizing partnership profitability and coalition valueSupport the negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring of marketing plans related to Payback partnershipsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve process efficiency and support the achievement of business objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fieldsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and reporting toolsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and organizational skillsProactive attitude and problem-solving mindsetFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Role is based in Milan
