**How will you make an impact in this role?**
We are looking for a Partner Manager Senior Associate to support the execution and development of activities and reporting on key Loyalty Program performance metrics, as well as the monitoring of costs and revenues related to managed Partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal Payback teams and with Partner companies, contributing to the implementation and development of initiatives aimed at maximizing partnership profitability and strengthening coalition benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the execution and development of reporting activities on the main KPIs of the Loyalty Program
+ Monitor costs and revenues related to assigned partners, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
+ Collaborate with internal Payback functions and Partner company contacts to support partnership development initiatives
+ Contribute to the implementation of actions aimed at maximizing partnership profitability and coalition value
+ Support the negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring of marketing plans related to Payback partnerships
+ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve process efficiency and support the achievement of business objectives
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and reporting tools
+ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
+ Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
+ Role is based in Milan
