Job Description The Warehouse & Stock Assistant is responsible for the physical execution of our clients food resource program. This role requires safe handling, unloading, and organization of large-scale food shipments to support the mission of providing healthy living resources to the Tri-Cities area. Day to Day: • Inbound Shipment Management: Assist in receiving and unloading weekly inventory deliveries. • Inventory Transfer: Manually transport food stock from the warehouse to the pantry distribution area per shift to ensure continuous service to community members. • Warehouse Organization: Sort, stack, and palletize food products, including frozen poultry. • Volunteer Coordination: Assist the Executive Director in supervising volunteers during high-volume delivery windows, ensuring adherence to "Team Lift" protocols.
