Note: Law enforcement and/or military law enforcement experience is required for this position.

What You Will Do

Maintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areasEscort employees and/or customers as requestedIntervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflictsInspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of securityMonitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the property

Requirements

Police Officer, Deputy, or Trooper experience or US Military Law EnforcementConflict management and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in using sound judgement to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressureProven ability to effectively communicate and maintain composure in stressful environmentsAbility to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunitiesValid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

Associate’s degree in criminal justice or related fieldCertified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)AED, APR and FAC certified
