Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, be effective communicators with children and adults, and possess the ability to transition groups of children effectively. Camp staff are required to enforce rules and regulations, ensure attendance and camp records are completed, provide first aid as needed, maintain equipment and inventory, and report/manage discipline problems, accidents, and other incidents. Specific responsibilities and minimum requirements for each position are listed below. Please note that there will be several days of MANDATORY training required of staff during the month of May 2026. These dates will be shared at time of interview. Camp Directors will be responsible for: + Communicating all issues with the Camp Director and Program Supervisor + Developing and implementing lesson plans + Leading children and counselors through the day-to-day operation of camp, including set up and clean-up of equipment and supplies for camp activities + Monitoring camp staff work hours and completing and submitting time sheets.
