Part-Time Regulatory Admin
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative resource to support regulatory labeling updates. This role is highly task-focused and involves repetitive, accuracy-critical work across multiple documents and systems.
Responsibilities
Copy and paste Spanish statements from EPA-approved translation sources (PDF and Excel) into master label Word documents.Compare and match statements where wording may not be identical.Work across multiple files and screens simultaneously.Follow established processes and formatting standards precisely.Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.Ability to focus for extended periods on repetitive computer-based tasks.Fluent in reading and understanding English.High School Diploma.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior admin, documentation, or regulatory experience.Exposure to regulated or quality-driven environments.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
