Part Time Receptionist

Our client, a financial firm needs additional support for their office on a temporary basis and will require to be in the office Tuesday -Thursday. We're looking for a professional, detail-oriented temp to support front desk operations and overall office coordination.

What you'll do:

Open and prepare the front desk each morningGreet and escort visitors; manage guest arrivals and notificationsSet up and reset conference rooms (Zoom, water, catering)Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packagesMaintain office, pantry, and supply areas; assist with inventory and orderingSupport staff with copying, scanning, expense reports, and ad hoc requestsAssist with presentation materials and FedEx shipmentsMonitor printers, stock paper and water, and report office issues as needed

Qualifications:
