**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist to perform complex setups and operations on CNC and manual machining equipment. This role involves troubleshooting machining issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and mentoring others on best practices. **Responsibilities** + Perform complex setups and operations for CNC and manual machining equipment. + Troubleshoot machining issues, identify root causes, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency. + Collaborate with engineering teams on manufacturability, prototyping, and process development. + Train and mentor technicians and engineers on machining best practices. + Recommend and implement improvements to tooling, fixtures, and machining processes. + Ensure safe machine shop operations and proper upkeep of equipment. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in CNC and manual machining processes, including complex machine setups, tooling, and fixturing. + 5+ years of troubleshooting machining issues, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing machining processes for quality and efficiency. + Proficiency in using equipment such as mills, lathes, calipers, micrometers, and Haas machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to train and mentor technicians and engineers on machining techniques, safety, and best practices. **Why Work Here?** We offer generous benefits, competitive salaries, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
