Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Contract - start asap - 3-6 months

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Logistics Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of our office. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team members with various projects.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.Run errands, including deliveries, pickups, office supply shopping, and other off-site tasks.Assist with meeting coordination, including room setup, refreshments, and materials preparation.Maintain inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to follow detailed directions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

The role requires working in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment and tools. Business attire is expected to maintain a professional appearance. The position may also require occasional travel for errands and tasks outside the office.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middle River, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.44/hr.
