Job Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a lovely home near Camden. This young family have just welcomed their first child and are currently overseas, they will be back in March and are looking for a very experienced housekeeper who enjoys cooking. The home is set over 5 floors and it essential you are comfortable working in a home with so many levels.
Extra information: Mum is Spanish and dad is Irish; the family would love a Spanish speaker but that is not essential.
Job specification:
Responsible for all the housekeeping of the home -Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and all living spaces Laundry and ironing to a high standard Changing bed linens and towels Organising wardrobes and household items Preparing healthy meals – basic nutritious healthy meals and preparing food for the baby Administrative tasks, such as online shopping, taking deliveries Coordinating with visitors to the property (e.g., plumbers) as required from time to time Running local errands if needed Light garden work (sweeping, etc.) Menu planning – food ordering
Candidate specification:
Proven experience working in private households – longevity in previous roles Excellent housekeeper and organisational skills with a keen eye for details Proactive, trustworthy and adaptable Excellent communication skills- Ability to prepare variety of meals- confident in the kitchen Someone who is very detailed and meticulous in cleaning is required
Dbs. dated within the year will be required at offer stage
