**Position Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitation in designated areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** **Cleaning and Sanitation** + Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and furnishings. + Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other assigned rooms or common areas. + Ensure all areas are maintained to hygiene and safety standards. **Linen and Supply Management** + Change bed linens and towels as needed. + Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning chemicals. + Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of supply needs. **Waste Management** + Empty trash containers and replace liners. + Dispose of waste according to building policies and environmental guidelines. **Maintenance and Reporting** + Identify and report maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards to management or maintenance departments. **Qualifications:** + Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads. + Good communication skills and a positive attitude. + Reliable and dependable. **Working Conditions:** + May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. + Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying indoor environments.
