What you will have an opportunity to do:

Job Summary
The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is seeking a dependable and motivated AM Food Runner to support breakfast and lunch service. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate food delivery and maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and service team to provide an excellent guest experience.

Schedule

Part-time position

Morning and early afternoon shifts

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed based on business demands

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately

Assist servers by resetting tables and maintaining dining room cleanliness

Ensure plates are presented correctly and meet quality standards before delivery

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Refill water, coffee, and beverages as needed

Follow Hilton brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred, but not required

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
