Right At School is currently seeking a Part-Time Before and After School Site Program Manager for our Ranch Elementary location within the J.O. Combs Unified School District.
Position Details:- Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience).- Location: Ranch Elementary.- Schedule: Monday through Friday, split shift.- Before School: 6:10 am – 8:50 am RETURN- After School: 2:50 pm – 6:00 pm (Wednesdays: 12:50 pm – 6:00 pm).
Requirements: Must provide college transcripts with a minimum of 24 credits of early childhood education. Must be able to complete state CPR/first aid training, provide a negative TB test, complete mandated reporter training, and hold a valid Arizona fingerprint card. You must have a minimum of 12 months of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting. Must be 21 years of age.One year of supervisor/management experience, High School Diploma/GED. English language, hold a current valid Arizona Fingerprint card, and can complete a TB Test, CPR/First Aide and Food Handler card in a timely manner. Reside locally within the surrounding area of the JO Combs area schoolsWe will also require:
- Proven experience as a before-and-after-school site program manager.- Ability to reside locally within the surrounding J.O. Combs area.- Capacity to manage a split-shift schedule and perform effectively under pressure.- A positive, adaptable attitude focused on fostering an engaging environment for students.
You’ll drive the mission by: Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
