Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do

Recruiting & HR Support

Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and help onboard new hires

Maintain compliance records, track reports, and assist with offer letters

Support HR functions: benefits, 401(k), and unemployment claims

Executive Assistant & Operations Tasks

Manage calendars, appointments, travel, and PDF/form completion

Conduct research (sales prospects, software tools, RFP screening, etc.)

Coordinate company events ? from holiday parties to site logistics (buses, vendors, rentals, etc.)

Handle filing, organization, and day-to-day office support

Personal Assistant Tasks

Manage personal errands, reimbursements, and bookings

Monitor emails and follow up on time-sensitive matters

Support miscellaneous projects ? no task too big or small

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in the same or similar role preferred.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfort learning new software)

Excellent follow-up and communication skills

Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or executive support is highly preferred
