Job Title: Part-time Executive Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-time Executive Admin to provide administrative support to our executives. This role involves assisting in scheduling, managing facilities, and organizing events, all while maintaining high confidentiality standards. The position requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, and business trips for executives, including maintaining the CEO's calendar.Act as receptionist, receiving visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.Manage office supplies for the corporate office and branches.Handle all aspects of facilities management.Coordinate employee logo wear orders and invoicing.Schedule and organize activities and events such as the Annual Meeting, Strategic Planning Meeting, and employee events.Complete BSA and required compliance training with a passing score.Manage front door responsibilities, FedEx, mail, and vendor communications.Attend board meetings, take minutes, and assist the president with scheduling conferences and travel.Essential Skills3-5 years of administrative experience.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to take minutes and provide C-level support.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.Experience in calendar management and executive administrative support.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to comprehend complex procedures and communicate them clearly.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changes.Positive attitude and good planning skills.Work Environment

This part-time position requires 20-29 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 2 PM. It is an on-site role with a laid-back culture. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
