Abound Health is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who want part-time, meaningful work supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities.

Each client’s needs are different — and we work hard to match you with someone whose schedule and support needs fit your availability and comfort level.
What You’ll Do
Your support helps individuals live fuller, safer, more connected lives. Responsibilities may include:
+ Encouraging social, behavioral, and vocational skill development
+ Supporting participation in community and recreational activities
+ Providing companionship and respite for families
+ Following treatment plans and documenting progress
+ Assisting with daily living skills as needed
+ Working independently in the client’s home or community
+ Completing required training and ongoing development
This role is ideal for caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact without committing to full-time hours.
What We’re Looking For
+ A genuine passion for supporting individuals with I/DD
+ Ability to work independently and responsibly
+ At least 18 years old
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
+ Ability to pass background checks
+ Willingness to assist with personal care if needed
+ CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
+ 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required
Pay
$15–$20/hr
Hours vary by client (typically 4–10 hours per week)

$1,000 Signing Bonus Details
+ $333 after 90 days (20 hrs/week average)
+ $333 after 6 months (20 hrs/week average)
+ $334 after 1 year (20 hrs/week average)
Not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires.
Applicants must not have worked for Abound Health or its affiliates in the past 18 months.
