A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do (Part-Time) As a DSP, you empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities may include: + Empowerment & Personal Care: Assisting with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming, and meals + Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Following support plans, providing encouragement, and assisting with de-escalation + Community Integration: Supporting with appointments, hobbies, and community-based activities or jobs + Health & Wellness: Helping with mobility, medication administration, and preparing simple, nutritious meals Qualifications We hire for heart and train for skill.
