Part Time Digital Administrator
Key Responsibilities Upload and format blog and website content on CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix) Apply basic on-page SEO best practices using provided guidelines Schedule and publish approved social media content Perform quality checks on links, formatting, tags, and captions Update monthly reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets Create and manage UTM links and ensure data accuracy Support client onboarding administration and access setup Maintain organised digital folders and documentation Assist with task tracking, handovers, and operational checklists Minimum Requirements Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools Good written English communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Reliable, structured, and process-driven approach to work Advantageous Experience Exposure to digital marketing or content publishing Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix) Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, and reporting tools Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana) Canva exposure beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer Part-time role with flexible working hours Opportunity to gain hands-on digital marketing experience Structured environment with clear processes and support ***ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED***
