Part-Time Contract Rippling Implementation Specialist

Our client, a cutting-edge biotech company, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Rippling Implementation Consultant to support a major PEO and HR systems transition. This role will require 20-30 hours per week to start for a couple of weeks, and then taper to 10-15 hours per week through August as the transiion stabilizes. This role will lead and support the organization's move from its current PEO to Rippling, managing multiple workstreams through and beyond their go-live date. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-directed HRIS or PEO specialist who has led Rippling implementations in small to mid-sized, high-growth environments and is comfortable managing change in a fast-moving biotech organization. Proven experience implementing Rippling as a PEO, required.Prior experience leading PEO transitions from providers such as CoAdvantage or similar, required.Experience partnering with external vendors (benefits brokers, 401(k) administrators, payroll providers), required.Demonstrated experience managing change communications and process documentation during system transitions, required.Experience working with HUB as a benefits broker and Empower for 401(k) administration, preferred.Prior experience in biotech, life sciences, or high-growth startup environments, preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to manage through change.

The pay for this role is $50-$100/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
