Our client, a community-centered organization, is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the daily activities of a vibrant facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive, service-oriented attitude which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Part-Time Commercial Property Manager
**Location:** Downtown Sacramento, CA
**Pay Range:** $26.00-$28.00/hr
**Shift** : The core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, flexibility is required, as availability for tours of the ballroom and related facilities during afternoons, evenings, and weekends is essential. The associates schedule will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate these needs.
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate building use with tenants and outside renters
+ Supervise custodial staff to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained
+ Manage rental agreements, insurance documentation, and access logistics
+ Communicate regularly with the board and provide monthly reports
+ Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships

+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently
+ A professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude
+ Physical ability to walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), climb stairs, and work in all weather
+ Comfort with both hands-on tasks and administrative responsibilities
