Our client, a vibrant community-focused organization, is seeking a **Part-Time Building Manager** to join their team. As a **Part-Time** Building Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the management of a well-loved commercial property. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** **_Part-Time_** Building Manager
**Location:** Sacramento, CA
**Pay Range:** $26–$28/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and schedule a small team of staff
+ Provide engaging tours for events and potential tenants
+ Manage building functionality: paperwork, repairs, and maintenance
+ Handle rent collection and coordinate unit repairs for 3 tenants
+ Use QuickBooks to manage deposits and checks
**What's Needed?**
+ 2–5 years of experience with QuickBooks and basic financial tasks
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ A proactive problem-solver who can juggle schedules and repairs
+ Flexibility and availability to adjust hours as needed (approx. 4 hours/day)
