DoubleTree Hotel & Suites by the Galleria is looking for Breakfast Buffet Attendant that has a strong sense of urgency, good customer service skills and the ability to take initiative with little supervision.  If this description fits you, submit your resume to apply! 

Required Skills & Abilities: 

-Buffet attendant experience highly preferred

-Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a sometimes fast pace environment

-Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-Stand and walk for eight (8) hours

-Carry/lift at least 25 pounds, push/pull at least 15 pounds

-Food handler certified

-Flexible availability to work AM, PM shifts, holidays and weekends

Job Description:

-Set up breakfast buffet and assist servers with table settings

-Quality check food items before replenishing to ensure presentation meets expectations

-Maintain cleanliness of buffet, buffet area, buffet storage and server station area

-Assist servers with bussing tables and cleaning restaurant. Perform side work and general cleaning tasks as needed

-Deliver room to go room service orders to guest rooms

-Engage with customers and help provide a friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience
