Part Time/ Associate Director Contracting
Our client, a leader in the Medical Device industry, is seeking an Associate Director Contracting to join their team. As an Associate Director Contracting, you will be part of the Contracting Management Services supporting cross-functional teams including Marketing, Policy, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, and field-based Account teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Part Time/ Associate Director Contracting **Location:** (Remote) **Pay Range:** $100.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Lead the negotiation process for contract terms and conditions related to Medical Device products with hospitals, GPOs, and distribution channels. + Collaborate with National Account Directors and Account Executives to implement contract strategies. + Manage the contract lifecycle, including redlining, proofreading, and strategy development. + Ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and financial considerations during negotiations. + Support cross-functional teams to optimize sales and maintain contractual integrity. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer contracting, and contract writing. + Deep understanding of Medical Device Contracting Terms and Conditions. + Proven ability to manage contract lifecycle and negotiate effectively with hospital and healthcare partners. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare or medical device setting. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work remotely in a dynamic and growing industry. + Engage with diverse internal teams and external partners to influence contract strategies. + Contribute to impactful projects within the medical device sector. + Be part of a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Develop your expertise in contract management and healthcare industry standards.
