Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to provide professional administrative support in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally through writing, phone calls, and interactions with coworkers.Maintain organization of documents, emails, and project-related materials, including mass emailing and data input.Expertly use Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.Conduct cycle counting of part numbers in the manufacturing plant area, adhering to safety requirements such as wearing steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.Manage time effectively and apply problem-solving skills to projects.Be proactive in assisting with office tasks and inventory responsibilities on the manufacturing floor.Assist with processing and reviewing purchase orders and invoices.Support the manager with additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.Respond to emails using Outlook and provide necessary administrative support to the manager and team members.Utilize Excel for tracking purposes, including creating spreadsheets, filtering, and sorting data.Review part numbers in Excel, check quantities and descriptions, and communicate with vendors regarding costs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
