Support the treasury team by completing customer payment processing and payment reconciliations

From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires

Credit card payment processingCredit card payment report upload and posting to Fourth ShiftCredit card refunds for duplicate paymentsCredit card refunds for over payments per the unapplied cash reportConvert older unapplied cash to credit memos and post to new parent accountsE-commerce payment/order reconciliationBack up for cash posting for lock boxAP remittance emailsOther duties as assigned
What you will bring:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 year accounts receivable experience including customer account reconciliations. Good math, verbal and writing skills. Experience with excel spreadsheets, Fourth Shift or similar MRP system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Sales Force software.Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $18,250 - $37,500
For Salaried positions - Enter the amount of Salary Ranges from the MRR tool
For Hourly positions - Enter the amount from locally managed resources
Additional Compensation: (TAP to remove if not applicable)
