We have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Maintenance and Facilities to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in an industry that is also growing!

Our Maintenance / Facilities Director:

Administrates and oversees all facilities and maintenance responsibilities of our community.Reviews (with team member assistance) of the OSHA/SDS safety binder and requirementsCreates the daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance scheduleConducts regular inspections of the grounds, buildings and major equipment reporting necessary findings to Community ManagerReviews and audits all incident reports as needed ensuring thorough and accurate informationPerforms other duties as assigned.

The pay for this role is $85,000- $105,000 annually DOE.

What you need to succeed:

High school graduate or equivalent preferredMinimum of five years of prior apartment maintenance experience or trade school equivalent.Prior supervision experience of a facilities or maintenance team.Familiarity with electricity, plumbing, carpentry and paintingFamiliarity with apartment complex and property building systemsCapable of keeping confidential information and treating interactions and situations with tact, maturity and flexibilityExcellent customer service skills, including high resident and employee satisfactionMaintain flexibility with schedule and have occasional ability to be “on-call” for community emergenciesMust have valid driver license and own transportationCompletion of a background check. Additional screening may include Physical, TB, and drug screen per state/local guidelines.
