We have many positions available that cater to different interests and skills. Hourly rate and hours vary by position and may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Available Part-time/Temporary Positions: + Inclusion/Behavior Specialist ($19.75-$23.75/hour) ( Available in a part-time/temporary capacity year-round ) Positions will remain open until filled. Examples of Essential Functions Inclusion/Behavior Specialist : + Trains staff on how to work with persons with disabilities to better include them in a traditional program settings + Provide services directly and indirectly to a variety of individuals with cognitive, behavioral, and physical disabilities. + May develop behavior/inclusion plans and instruct staff on implementation and modifying activities on a case by case basis. + As assigned, conducts client observations and/or assessments and evaluates individual cases. Minimum Qualifications Inclusion/Behavior Specialist : + Age: 18 + Education: High school diploma or equivalent + Experience: One year paid experience working with youth in a recreational setting + License: Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: + Education: College level courses related to disabilities or a related field + Experience: One year experience working with people with disabilities + Certifications: CPR/AED, First Aid Supplemental Information How to apply: Submit your application and supplemental questionnaire online at www.reno.gov/jobs .
