**Job Summary and Responsibilities** + All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. + This position is responsible for providing support to families involved in the child welfare or probation systems of care. + Acts as an advocate for the family in all aspects of the Wraparound process. + The Parent Partner provides in-home services and assists families in accessing needed community resources. + Interfaces professionally with DCFS, DMH, court systems, schools and other community liaisons. **Job Requirements** + A minimum of one-year experience in community outreach and advocacy work preferred. + High School equivalency preferred. + Past consumer of DMH, DCFS, Probation, Regional Center or similar services, successfully transitioned to self-sufficiency. + Bilingual English Spanish language skills required + Familiarity with utilizing a PC and basic computing programs. + A valid California driver's license, use of a car, and certificate of insurance. **Where You'll Work** Founded in 1887, Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center is a 318-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in downtown Los Angeles, California.
