Our client, a family-oriented trailer and towing equipment company, is seeking a Parts and Admin Support Specialist to join their team. As a Parts and Admin Support Specialist, you will be part of the Parts Department supporting customer service, inventory management, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for helping others which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Parts and Admin Support Specialist
**Location: Murray, UT**
**Pay Range:** $18-22+ per hour (based on experience)
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter parts sales and provide advice on towing solutions
+ Work closely with managers and technicians to ensure parts are ordered, inventoried, and stocked appropriately
+ Manage and oversee online sales of parts through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and KSL, including creating listings and processing orders
+ Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of parts and customer interactions
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked parts room to ensure efficient operations
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online sales platforms
+ Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
+ Ability to lift and carry parts/equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
