Paralegal Director
Our client in the legal industry, is seeking a Paralegal Director to join their team. As a Paralegal Director, you will be part of the litigation department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Paralegal Director **Location:** Houston, Texas (on site) **Pay Range:** $95-$100k **What's the Job?** + Train paralegals on SOPs and ensure compliance. + Act as a liaison. + Supervise paralegal teams and facilitate effective communication among attorneys. + Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for data integrity and SOP compliance. + Draft and implement new SOPs with approval while staying updated on legal developments. **What's Needed?** + Must have experience managing 5+ paralegals + Trial experience and wrongful death are a must – at least 2-5 over last five years + Must have supervised paralegals who have trial and wrongful death + 10+ years in managing personal injury cases from the plaintiff's side. + Experience implementing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). **What's in it for me?** + Competitive salary based on experience. + Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and a profit-sharing 401(k) plan.
