Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a paralegal or case manager for an onsite, contract to permanent position with our client in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager. Workers' compensation experience strongly preferred but not required. Essential duties:

Provide excellent customer service by communicating often with clients about case status and progression.Communicate with insurance adjusters about claims and case statusPrepare settlement proposals and demand packages for attorney reviewMaintain and update client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.Scan, print and package legal documents.Coordinate with medical staff and facilitiesCheck on balances and obtain lien informationOther clerical duties as necessary, such as scheduling appointments, drafting routine documents, and frequent email communications
