Beacon Hill is hiring a Paralegal to support the legal and procurement teams in managing vendor agreements. This is an administrative-focused role with no negotiating, drafting, or redlining responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with various procurement software tools and e-signature platforms.
This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative side of legal and procurement operations, ensuring smooth contract execution and vendor management processes.
Responsibilities:Manage the administrative processing of vendor agreements in coordination with the procurement and legal teams.
Facilitate e-signature workflows and ensure all agreements are properly executed and tracked.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor agreements.
Work with procurement software tools to manage, store, and retrieve contract information efficiently.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding the status of vendor agreements.
Support process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows.
