**Panning - Machine Operator - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator on the 3rd shift, working from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. This role involves operating machinery to coat almonds and raisins with chocolate, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Consistently lift and move boxes or bags weighing between 35 lbs to 50 lbs. + Operate machines to coat almonds and raisins with chocolate and ensure they run efficiently. + Load mixers with almonds or raisins and transfer coated products to another machine for a shiny coating. + Stack trays manually and transport them for cooling. + Open boxes of raisins and almonds to prepare for the next batch and maintain activity. + Scrape the inside of machines to remove excess chocolate after each batch. + Assist with sanitation tasks as needed. + Perform data entry and data collection accurately for auditing purposes. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and general labor tasks. + Competency in filling, packaging, sanitation, QA, QC. + Skill in using an electric pallet jack. + Capability to read and write production sheets. + Ability to lift 35-50 lbs consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be at least 5'5" to operate machinery due to high bag placement. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 6% 401K match, and life insurance valued at twice your annual salary.
