**Now Hiring: Entry Level Panel Technicians in Loveland, CO** **Pay:** $18–$23/hr DOE **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM **About the Role** We are seeking an entry-level **Panel Technician** to assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and electrical cabinets. This hands-on position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to grow their skills in a supportive team environment. Full training is provided. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and electrical cabinets + Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics + Connect wiring and circuitry between controls, sensors, power sources, and equipment + Work both independently and alongside a small, collaborative team + Ensure all wiring and assembly meet quality and accuracy standards **Required Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure + Ability to add and subtract fractions + Basic knowledge of hand tools + General understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts + Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work hands-on **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)** + Experience with electrical wiring or panel assembly + Experience in trades, assembly, or electronic assembly + Familiarity with control panels, relay wiring, or industrial electrical components + Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints **Work Environment** + Small, supportive team environment + Mix of independent tasks and collaborative project work + Clean, organized, climate-supported workspace (heated as needed) + **On-the-job training provided for up to 6 months** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
