Job Title: Exterior Panel Installer - Commercial Construction

Location: Downtown Denver and Loveland

Job Type: Full-Time

Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday)6-7am start time (8-10 hour days)Job Description

We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our commercial construction team as Exterior Metal Panel Installers. This role involves working at heights on large commercial buildings, installing and securing exterior metal wall panels with precision and care.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and secure exterior metal wall panels on commercial buildingsPrepare construction sites, materials, and toolsWork at heights using boom lifts, scissor lifts, and swing stagesLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentPerform construction site cleanupErect scaffolding and assist with material handlingFollow OSHA safety guidelines strictly while on-siteRequired SkillsProficiency with hand and power toolsExperience with construction, framing, sheet metal cutting, and siding installationAbility to read and use a tape measure accuratelyComfortable working at heights and on elevated platformsStrong work ethic and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsOSHA 10 or 30 certification (a plus)ACM panel installation experience (a plus)Forklift and scaffolding experienceWaterproofing, caulking, and demolition experienceAdditional RequirementsMust own basic tools or be willing to acquire them within 90 days of employmentMust be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be reliable, punctual, and a team player

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
