As a Manufacturing Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you’ll work in a dynamic production environment building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team of 3–4 members to meet daily production goals while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a clean, spacious, well-lit, temperature-controlled facility equipped with structured safety programs and clear operating standards. You’ll collaborate within small teams, moving between different production buildings depending on the product being assembled. Required tools include a tape measure, tool belt, utility knife, and other basic equipment. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, and language accommodations are available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
