**Job Title: Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder who will maintain a thorough understanding of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision, ensuring high-quality results in panel wiring and assembly. **Responsibilities** + Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. + Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and in accordance with established electrical standards. + Check work to ensure error-free products. + Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion. + Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace. + Provide all necessary tools to perform the job functions. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in panel building, control panels, and panel wiring. + Ability to read and understand schematics, electrical wiring, and blueprints. + Experience in machine building, electrical assembly, and mounting components. + Skills in drilling and tapping for component installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. + Capability to layout and mount components. + Competence in wiring assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. + Occasional involvement in employee development and continuous improvement. **Why Work Here?** Join a climate-controlled and well-lit work environment that values flexibility in start times, understanding the need for work-life balance. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM with flexibility on start times as long as you are in by 8:00 AM and complete your 8-hour shift. The second shift is from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM with a $2/hour shift differential, with fixed times. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
