**Job Title: Panel Builder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team, responsible for panel wiring and electrical assembly of overhead crane units. This role requires precision in measuring conduit runs and angles, and the ability to interpret interconnect and wiring diagrams. Responsibilities + Conduct panel wiring and electrical assembly for overhead crane units. + Measure accurately for conduit runs and angles. + Utilize electric conduit equipment effectively. + Interpret interconnect and wiring diagrams proficiently. + Work safely at heights using a harness. + Operate a scissor lift while managing wiring tasks. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of experience in Electrical Panel Building. + Proficiency in panel wiring and electrical assembly. + Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints and schematics. + Experience in mechanical and general labor tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work efficiently and safely at heights. + Experience in operating a scissor lift. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position operates on the first shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with 9-hour workdays consistently maintained over the last 2-3 years. The facility is clean, ensuring a pleasant and safe work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
