We’re hiring experienced Panel Builders for contract roles with flexible shifts and travel opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Build and wire panels from detailed schematics + Troubleshoot and service control systems and components + Collaborate with engineers and technicians across departments + Maintain safety standards and submit accurate documentation **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of industrial electrical experience + Proficiency in schematics and wiring standards + Strong troubleshooting and communication skills + PLC programming (Siemens & Rockwell) preferred **Perks & Environment:** + Organized panel shop with ready-to-go layouts + Work with a company producing 15+ billion recyclable cans annually + Travel up to 20%—passport required + Be part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and excellence **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
