Job Description
As a Control Panel Builder, you will collaborate with our project teams and skilled panel shop staff to assemble high-quality UL508A control panels, server cabinets, and test stands. Your role will involve using drawings to build electrical equipment and assembling mechanical units, as well as wiring devices according to plans.
ResponsibilitiesUse drawings to build electrical equipment.Assemble mechanical units and wire devices according to plans.Utilize hand tools, wire cutters, strippers, and other necessary equipment.Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies.Essential SkillsBasic wiring skills (e.g., landing wires).Mechanical assembly skills.Comfort using basic hand tools.Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.Strong willingness to learn and ability to be trained.Additional Skills & QualificationsEffective communication with co-workers and others.Capability to work on feet for long periods.Experience in using drawings to build electrical equipment.Adherence to all company and regulatory safety policies.Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.Why Work Here

Work Environment
You will be working in a smaller shop that is climate controlled, organized, and clean throughout the facility. The first shift hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
