Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Panel Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing panels for use in car washes, ensuring they are built to high standards and function as intended. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reading schematics and blueprints, laying out components, identifying various electrical parts, and programming variable frequency devices (VFDs).
ResponsibilitiesBuild panels for car washes following schematics and blueprints.Layout din rails and components accurately.Identify and install electrical components such as breakers, switches, starters, relays, timers, and overloads.Fabricate enclosure cut-outs and drill and tap panel back panels.Wire various sizes of wires point to point.Program VFDs post panel build and wiring.Test completed panels to ensure functionality.Ensure panels meet quality standards.Essential SkillsAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.Experience in wiring and working with 480V systems.Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills, wrenches, knockout punches, hole saws, and wire strippers.3 years of experience in panel building or equivalent experience.Troubleshooting skills for electrical panels.Additional Skills & QualificationsComputer proficiency is a plus.Experience in drilling, tagging, and rigging backplates is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is fairly clean, with first shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week. Some overtime and weekend work may be required as needed. Candidates should be prepared to be on their feet for most of the day and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
