**Job Title: Panel Builder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team and contribute to the efficient manufacturing of electrical panels. This role requires a working knowledge of applicable electrical standards and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain a working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC.
+ Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
+ Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
+ Check work to ensure error-free products.
+ Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor upon completion of the project.
+ Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.
+ Provide all tools necessary to perform the job function.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.
+ Ability to layout and mount components.
+ Ability to wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in employee development and continuous improvement is occasionally required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
