**Job Title: Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong working knowledge of electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. The role requires efficiency in working independently while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in panel wiring and assembly. **Responsibilities** + Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. + Route and bundle wires and cables neatly, adhering to established electrical standards. + Verify work to ensure error-free products. + Document any changes required during manufacturing and submit red-lines to the supervisor upon project completion. + Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace. + Provide all necessary tools to perform job functions. **Essential Skills** + Strong knowledge of electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. + Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. + Proficiency in wiring panels based on electrical schematics. + Experience in routing and bundling wires neatly and according to standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. + Capability to layout and mount components accurately. + Proficiency in wiring assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. + Occasional involvement in employee development and continuous improvement initiatives. **Why Work Here?** Our company collaborates with large healthcare systems, ensuring consistent and engaging work projects. The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, while the second shift runs from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, offering a shift differential. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
