**Job Title: Panel Assembler**
**Job Description**
The Panel Assembler will showcase exceptional skills to consistently perform above-average quality work efficiently. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints and schematics while ensuring timely completion of tasks. The position operates on the first shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 7 AM to 4 PM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Wire panels based on prints.
+ Troubleshoot electro-mechanical production equipment.
+ Collaborate with personnel from departments such as Engineering, QA, and Materials.
+ Ensure strong knowledge and application of U/L techniques.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of panel-building experience.
+ Technical diploma in electrical, electronics, or robotics automation.
+ Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring panels.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Visual alertness and manual dexterity.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of power tools and hand tools.
+ Ability to complete basic wiring and perform crimping, stripping, and wire labeling.
+ Experience in working from established drawings in a contract manufacturing environment.
+ IPC 620 certification.
+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
+ Basic computer skills.

**Work Environment**
The Elkridge facility provides comprehensive electronics contract manufacturing solutions, including assembling conveyors, complex military/defense box builds, UL508a control panels, large mechanical systems, and cable/wire harnesses. The fast-paced environment requires flexibility as projects vary day-to-day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a contract to hire position based out of Elkridge, Maryland.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
